Survival of the Fittest?

Do you embrace change in your business? Do you bend with the wind or stay rigid and unmoving? If it’s the latter, there may be trouble ahead. See what John Davies has to say…

Transcript: Did you know it’s not the fastest, the quickest or the fittest that survive in business? It’s those that are most adaptable. Make sure you have adaptability built in to your plans and make sure you’ve got the funding in place to support those adaptable plans.

The world of business moves at a faster pace now than ever before, and it’ll keep moving whether you go with the flow or stand still. If you embrace change and you’re ready to adapt when you need to, you’ll stand a much better chance of success.

Think of all the businesses who refused to embrace the Internet and said it was a fad that would pass. Where are they now? Those who didn’t adapt were simply left behind. Blockbuster is a good example – while their competitors were moving towards mail order rental and then to streaming, they stuck with their bricks-and-mortar model – and we all know how that turned out.

Or what about the businesses that have refused to recognise the importance of mobile in today’s fast-paced, hyper-connected world?

Make sure you have the funding in place to be able to adapt when you need to. Speak to us about your options and seeĀ what we can offer your business.
